Pros

Front line staff are great to work with

Cons

You will be working an average of 50 hours a week (yes you really will, that is all year), if you work less the VP will have a "sit down" with you VP's play games with Performance Bonuses If you are required to travel (which you are), You are not paid for any travel time (none). All travel is on the employees own time.

Pros

Whether the market is favorable or not there will always be a need for Commerical Real Estate making a staff position a fairly stable one.

Cons

The salary to stress ratio is not worth the money sometimes. Also the salary does not increase substantially over a long period of time.
