      Pros

      This is dynamic, organization full of varied projects, initiatives and clients. Those motivated to roll up their sleeves can really forge their own career path. Colliers provides a unique insight into into local communities with a great perspective into broader regions and global business. Colliers is by far the best global CRE firm to work for or do business with.

      Cons

      The industry as a whole is dominated by self-serving A-type sales force. Organizational administration and governance has many gaps and conflicts — especially in the United States. The multitude of service branches and specializations compete for thinly stretched resources.

      Pros

      The culture at Colliers is definitely the best thing about this company. There's the real ability to be entrepreneurial and innovative - you're empowered and encouraged to take accountability. Lots of really smart people working passionately towards providing the best in customer service. The mindset is around providing sustainable solutions - regardless of if your customers are external or internal. Lot's of room to grow and develop professionally, as well as a work hard / play hard atmosphere! As a company we're travelling fast to achieve our goals, this dynamic and ever changing environment might not be for everyone.
