Pros

Not tied to lots of national contracts Client focussed Payroll and accounts function are brilliant and supportive

Cons

Little to no training for new starters - ask what they are monitoring, so that you can perform in these areas TUPE staff are marginalised with little training / no induction / no inclusion which can make it hard for them to feel part of 'Colliers' HR Team must have problems - slow to respond, high staff turnover
