Pros

You can collaborate with different teams and learn new things which are not related to your profile. Apart from this I did not find anything positive

Cons

You will be paid in peanuts and will be expected to work like a CEO. Too much of internal politics Inexperienced people have got good positions just by buttering their bosses so if you want to grow learn this skill. Very low salary compared to other companies in the market. HR team is not good at all. no appreciation to the hard work No work life balance
