      Pros

      I have worked for Colliers Intl. in Romania and it was a real pleasure. Friendly and helpful colleagues and a great work environment. Initiative and new ideas are highly encouraged.

      Pros

      The company did have money before the recession hit and had decent Christmas parties. The location downtown was also convenient for meeting with potential clients and prospects

      Cons

      Some of the partners are looking for a paper jockey. If you're looking for advancement, it's important to work under the right partner. If not, it's likely that you will end up as a glorified secretary.
