Working with driven type A people often, on large projects. The sales environment is a fun time with lots of parties, events and networking.

Cons

Assistant work can be menial sometimes.

Great internal training and education system - Colliers University. Senior management very approachable, not hierarchical. Company was trying to become a top employer.

Cons

Still abit of an old school brokerage company, male centered and not much career progression for non broker staff.
