Straight commission, so get used to being broke your first few years. As a Sales Assistant you get to work with Senior Brokers which can be good or bad depending who you match up wtth.

Pros

Management tries to care, much more so than previous employers.

Cons

In the past two years, the Sacramento office has a very bad record of employees coming and going. In this short amount of time there have been 5 people in the Research Coordinator position, 4 Marketing Coordinators, plus 6 more admins have left. Add it all up and that is over 20 faces. Very unstable.
