Pros

Nice brokers. Company does provide little perks here and there. Catered lunch, an afternoon off, that sort of thing.

Cons

The greed is unbelievable. And the drama between the women was too much. The pay was ok to start, but there's no such thing as raises.

Great Company for Real Estate Professionals

Pros

Long history with lots of talented and experienced professionals

Cons

Colliers is a global company but does not have as much partnership across the organization as it could. The existing leadership team is maintaining a traditional corporate real estate model rather than trying to innovate and change the industry, so if you like maintaining the status quo then Colliers is a great place to be, but if you are looking for a cutting-edge, innovating organization then it may not be a great fit.
