      Decent company as a whole....not great if you're in the wrong office

      Pros

      President seemed to be very caring. Decent pay starting off, but pay did not rise when workload more than quadrupled Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      If you are in the wrong office going over your boss' head is basically impossible. Had a large problem with a very lazy and unprofessional co-worker. Went to manager to pass on customer complaints many times and after he got tired of listening, he started accusing the complainers of gossiping and in Colliers, gossiping is a fireable offense. Was going to go over his head but was told that it would not do any good and all it would do was get me fired.
