Pros

Opportunity to learn about most aspects of the business with online learning. Paid schooling with minimal grade, coffee and birthday cakes.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, lack of communication and no room for advancement. Unless you are really good maybe! Lots of work to do within groups. New employees are not trained well at all..can be a sink or swim environment, very demanding

Pros

Friendly work environment Great communication with leadership Co-workers are genuinely interested in your life outside of work. You really get to know the people you work with an enjoy being around them. Family comes first attitude as long as you're not abusing the system

Cons

It would be nice to have better communication and follow through from the corporate office in Seattle. They seem to have a lot of turnover, affecting national/global initiatives, but day-to-day they don't affect all that much.
