We also offer "Colliers Learning" which are various courses you can select from to develop your skills further and programs to assist you with your career growth. Information on how to enroll to the courses and programs can be found on the Colliers Hub site. Regarding your concerns on formal performance reviews, we also provide performance reviews that should be completed on a quarterly basis and it gives you an opportunity to work with your manager to create goals and enable you to contribute to Colliers success. If your manager isn't completing your quarterly reviews, please communicate your concerns directly with your manager and also connect with your human resources partner to ensure your reviews are being completed.
