Pros

Variety, team oriented, flexible, creative, fun

Cons

Lower pay than competitors, high cost of insurance, poor backup system when a marketing coordinator is out of the office, can be too top heavy and not enough "worker bees".

Pros

Colliers International offers the resources of a large corporation, including employees across the country who can trade information and knowledge of their markets. The IT department is fantastic.

Cons

Many of the brokers are difficult to work with and are not "team players." There wasn't a training program in place when I joined and I would be wary to accept the job offer had I known how little guidance I would be given. No PTO; just sick time.

Pros

The people are supportive and friendly, the responsibilities are a variation between admin/ executive work and marketing.

Cons

Not much room to move up in the company unless you change locations and go to a different office
