Pros

Colliers is growing very rapidly, mostly by M&A. There is a lot of opportunity that comes with this but also a lot of instability. Many parts of the company are newly or only partially integrated and pay and management styles varies widely from office to office.

Cons

I worked in the corporate headquarters in Seattle. In June 2015, Colliers was spun off from its parent and started trading as a public company. Nearly all of the top leadership changed and the company became a much less positive place to work almost overnight.

Pros

Best place to grow. I grew out of it and they no longer needed me. It happens a lot in IT.

Cons

If the no longer need you, they will get rid of you quickly, but won't contest your unemployment.
