      Work/life balance but few career growth opportunities for functional staff

      Pros

      The company offers work-life balance, and upper management and brokers are respectful professionals who are experts in their fields.

      Cons

      Upper management and brokers sometimes don't provide challenging enough work nor effective communication to functional staff. Sometimes days can be too slow or too fast.

      Pros

      Name tends to get some recognition in the marketplace, for better or for worse.

      Cons

      Downtown LA office has a mixed bag of work. Although they offer the opportunity to develop a specialty, they do everything possible to prevent that from happening. Clients will only use them if they offer a lower fee, they are never the first choice. The MD's claim to fame is he is a former NFL player, but clearly he was riding the bench as he is an appraiser now. The technology area is run by a clown who tries to hook up with all the females at the training. This is not an professional environment. This experience is just not worth the aggravation.

      1. Beautiful workplace that walks the talk : it showcases under one roof the variety of workplace environments that contribute to well being and productivity. 2. Excellent benefits, the best that a French managed company can offer. 3. Highly professional, motivated, intelligent and dynamic workforce.

      Cons

      1. Can be click-ish. 2. Managers can be overwhelmed and miss out on exploiting the individual and collective creativity of their teams. Remarkable potential is there.
