      My tenure at Colliers was enjoyable due to having leniency with doctors appointment and such. The staff worked together as a team.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything! The office is decrepit. The office manager talked about himself every chance he could get. He had no personality and favored certain people. There was never any communication about events going on or any company policy changes. Complained when we ordered staff lunches and asked management to pay for it even though it was a corporate card.

      Pros

      Great people to work for and work with. Good with offering autonomy and independence. If you perform well, you can move up. Good reputation throughout the community. The culture is family friendly, respectful, encouraging, positive.

      Cons

      Not enough time in the day to complete everything required. Industry is known for low pay and high hours.
