Fast paced, some great teams and awesome people.

Cons

Be aware that brokers are deceiving. They seem kind and they want to help your advancement into the real estate business, but they just want to use you as a pawn. The Regional Manager of the Prairie division only cares about the numbers. Be warned that they don't have an HR representative in offices, this leads to harassment and illegal termination. Surprisingly, this company has been reported yet. High turn over rate is there because of the way they treat people, not because they are hiring the wrong people. Fun fact! For those who want to continue in the Real Estate business, look to Avison Young, CBRE... they seem to have a cohesive and awesome management program. Every person who has left Colliers and gone with another real estate company have been there for a LONG time. Take this before you apply here.

Casual office attire at REMS office. Lots of perks.Free parking, good security, easy access to highway, nice looking office inside and out.

Cons

Some managers lack professionalism. High school tactics and treatment of subordinates. Lose lots of hardworking good employees. They don't know the meaning of confidentiality.

Made life-long connections in my three years with firm. Made good money, good work life/ balance

Cons

Hourly employees mistreated and disrespected. Benefits were horrible. Basic HR functions and policies were non-existent.
