Pros

The culture of the Wisconsin office is very unique in the CRE industry, it is a work hard/play hard atmosphere and it is obvious that everyone here enjoys their job. The people are fantastic, they are both very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. I work in the marketing group which at our office is still growing and becoming stronger. The brokers especially have a great opportunity of learning from the experienced guys. If you're a dedicated employee they show their appreciation and how much they value you.

Cons

Outside of brokerage it can be difficult to see the areas for job growth, although I believe this is changing as the company matures and grows. At times there can be a divide between the brokers vs. marketing & other support staff.

Pros

Colliers University is very good. I have been learning a lot at this firm. They heavily invest in training.

Cons

It is long hours. Not as well known as the other other top tier real estate firms.
