Pros

Pay large amounts of profit sharing They make good recognition to the excellence of employees They give unsolicited salary increases both for inflation and for job performance. They are tolerant (perhaps too much) to errors due to the learning curve.

Cons

Their human resources processes are discretionary, that is, they do not have an institutional process, so they do not recruit or retain the best talent. Their offices are in open spaces but since it is a sales environment, instead of facilitating communication, they hinder work that is not related to sales. There is an obsession for meetings. Decisions are made based on egos and confrontations of their directors. They have a virtual university but their topics do not help those who are not in sales.
