Pros

Great interview process. I had 2 interviews and was offered a job.

Cons

Pay is great. Benefits are too expensive. The department I worked for the technology was a little behind the times. The solution thats being offered to clients is not stable. Crashes to clients databases would not be discovered for weeks. The department I worked was very fast paced and short staffed. No training was offered. You were expected to learn as you go- self training. Which was highly impossible on the old solution that was not window based. You were also expected to work constantly. Management even called late at night if issues arose. Management is the worse!

Cons

Need to take initial to communicate with different broker in order to know more about this industry. Commission base for Brokerage and Associate, need to take 3-5 years to build your own business booklist

Compared with other competitor in the same industry, Colliers International Indonesia is more team working and family alike. Many employee activities outside work, great leadership from the CEO and supportive environment to grow your career in property consultant industry.

Cons

Doesn't selective in acquiring the projects. Sometimes we have to take some projects that doesn't have any value in our career and could impact to your own performance. Withholding commission if you don't made any progression in your performance.
