Pros

If you are looking to get into CRE, its one of the best. Large company, great international presence

Cons

The common approach is kind of stone age. Better handle on data and tech would make research and closing faster and easier

Pros

People take their work seriously. Loved "Colliers University" training programs given for free. Very structured 8:30-5. Rarely over-time hours needed.

Cons

You hit a ceiling if you're on Admin side and not in Sales. Hard to grow salary unless you become a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent.

Pros

They did a great job of trying to keep their employees on, even during the recession when many firms were cutting payroll.

Cons

It was often difficult to interact with company peers due to the large number of small satellite offices.
