Pros

They pay well for entry level. They have a great organizational culture. The people are professional. If you are interested in real-estate and want to become a broker, it can be the right place for you as far as opportunities go. They have a good reputation. The employees help each other out.

Cons

The company lacks transparency in decision making regarding not only long-term goals, but also the future of employees, especially if you are new in the working field. Your steps in the company and your perspectives are foggy.
