Pros

Great leadership, organized culture, plenty of upward mobility, good learning environment (depending on who you learn under), good work/life balance. If proprty management is an interest, Colliers (I worked for Welsh but they just got bought by Colliers at the time) is a great company to get hands on experience learning from experienced employees.

Cons

Personal experience is quite dependent on who you work under. If you get to learn from a good senior property manager, the experience can be great and extremely beneficial. If not, you could get frustrated and bored easily.

Pros

Friendly colleagues, good work-life balance, management team that listens and responds to employee concerns.

Cons

As with any business related to a specific industry, there is not much room for career growth if you are not a broker.
