Pros

This is a good company to start career in. They have good teams, good corporate culture and environment that supports learning and growth. Colliers University is one of the best features, offering specializations and courses at all stages of professional development.

Cons

Real estate market does not have a growth possibility right now, senior management is not always able to foresee necessary changes in the environment and to adjust the business towards the changing market.
