Pros

The new open office environment in downtown Dallas is a big improvement over the former Dallas space. Workplace is comfortable and attractive.

Cons

By far the most out of touch, old school, incompetent management I've seen in 25 years in the commercial real estate industry. Upper management seems to have no concept of process or delivery, and middle management is terrified to make a decision, leaving employees dangling in the wind.

Pros

Depending on whether you are in Seattle or Bellevue, there are the most wonderful people to work with, doing useful work on a good product: real estate services. Colliers is an organization that truly rewards initiative and focus

Cons

This is a classic brokerage environment; the brokers are stubborn, set in their ways, and simply difficult. It is understandable that their burn-out rate is as high as it is. The Seattle office is particularly difficult.
