      Interesting place until you realize it's all smoke and mirrors.

      Pros

      Fantastic place in respect to the newer 'breed' of personnel with more experience than to work for a single company their entire careers. Great location; great new staff being hired for the IT department

      Cons

      No chance of growth for the majority of the IT personnel. No such thing as a technical decision being made and enforced by more than 4 weeks, as decisions are made ad hoc and most without support or even feedback from technical personnel, which means things will be done first the wrong way, and secondly with management thinking their IT personnel cannot do their jobs properly, thus with further management 'support', or with external consultants.

      Pros

      If you are proactive you will be able to get a fair amount of training and knowledge out of the company, as long as you are prepared to get it and then move on to a company where you can utilize this knowledge, you may want to take a position there for a short period of time.

      Cons

      Colliers is really great at the smoke and mirrors of their company, they are sales people after all, they can sell you and sell you well on this company, but once you are in you realize that it was all talk and there is simply no substance to back it up, unbelievably bad management which ties the hands of everyone else to improve and move the company forward, it is a most frustrating place to work and there is little to no respect for the support staff. This company is very good at making their support staff feel worthless!
