Pros

Great place to network and learn Access to all research and adobe platforms

Cons

They do not provide steady raises. 2 years no salary increase. Your reviews are based on your brokers opinions and not KPIs. Your paycheck says Colliers, but they operate outside National Company policies. Your success and promotions largely depend on the production of the brokers you support. Insurance is not competitive compared to larger companies. Colliers will let brokers set their own policy when it comes to working from home. It can and will change. Your experience as a supporting staff member will not be valued as they will benchmark your raises to the pay of those with less experience.
