Depending on what department you’re working in and the Dean you’re working under can lead to more flexible work hours.

Cons

The president ruining the college from pristine with excellent professors to creating programs, no one is interested in, makes fun of everyone in meetings, talks about himself like he’s the only one that matters, and builds campuses before the population is there to keep it filled. He built the Farmersville campus simply because he bought his home and property around the Collin college property to make money.
