Enjoyed the people I worked with and the meetings learning about new programs the college offered and universities offered. Supervisor and supervisor's supervisor were awesome and supportive.

Cons

People tend to be a bit political always trying to get in good with upper management. You start to feel like you're doing the same thing over and over when working with students. Coworkers can micromanage. Absolutely rare to move up from my observation and experience.
