      Good pay, friendly environment, good benefits, interesting work

      Cons

      The harder you work, the more they take advantage of you.. if you put in months of 60+ hour weeks dedicated to the success of your programs, dont expect a bonus…those are for the big wigs. Expect them sending you more piles of work because they know you can handle it. Your team may care about you but the company definitely wont. If you ask for any sort of modern age hybrid flexibility schedule after years of dedication and hard work they will show you the door with a smile on their face and tell you to leave if you dont like it.

      Decent, but not great pay.

      Cons

      Average pay and benefits at best. Horrible, Toxic, Sufficating corporate culture. Only care about short term financial results, lack any long term vision or thought. Leadership changes every 6mo to 1year, people who have never been to a site are leading a team at that site and making decisions to cut it with no idea of the impact, they only care about the short term $$$. UTC ruined Rockwell Collins. They have made it so that you can only get a promotion or advance your career is in your current job and if you try and take a different one in the company that can only be a lateral move.

      Amazing teams in Burnsville, MN. There are so many who care deeply about our business, customers, products, processes, and teams here, and it's a privilege to work with them (in ALL levels at our site!)

      Cons

      Senior leadership (C-suite level down to VP's) are very disconnected with the realities of their sites, and the impact of their snap-decisions on hard-working teams truly trying to make a difference every day.
