      Global exposure Official office hours are good Decent pay

      Cons

      Your work/talent depends on which team you joins No standard procedure for getting promoted, irrespective of your performance, it's only manager dependent There are few top management who still work like a local company but talented enough to do in professional way

      They hire a lot of Mechanical Engineers offering lots of ME work but ME work does not exist within this company

      Pros

      My team was great to work with. The department director was approachable and a great leader. Acknowledgement of achievements. Good PTO and holiday time off. Atmosphere was one of professional yet enjoyable.

      Cons

      Sometimes stretched too thin with work load but position was specific and only 2 people knew now to do it.
