The corporate culture in many locations has much to be desired. Accountability is lacking all the way up through management. If something doesn't go right, the fingers start pointing at everyone else, thus the lack of accountability. Poor direction from management leads to delays in projects and delays to the customer. When it comes time for your annual review, management will look for faults instead of accomplishments. Benefits are below industry standards. Management makes unreasonable demands on its workers even though they don't have a clue to what is going on, no work/ life balance especially around the holidays, always rushed because they always wait to the last minute to release work, unorganized, the place is dirty and the equipment is antiquated, no communication with management- just demands, no job growth available to anyone who don't fraternize with management, low morale, and no support on weekends the production crew is suppose to work
