Pros
Like many other people job searching during COVID, I have struggled to find a reliable employer. I have been ghosted, had an internship cancelled, and was given a verbal offer by a different company who changed their plans and backed out. Collins' recruitment process was the exact opposite of those negative experiences. HR & managers were quick to respond and always did what they said they were going to do. For example, during the initial phone screen I was told they would have an update for me within a week, and they followed through on that promise. They were very prepared for my first week (made sure I had all resources necessary) and put me at ease. I'm still new to the job but am very happy with the recruitment/onboarding process so far.
Cons
Office can be a little chilly sometimes? I like sweaters, anyway.
