      Pros

      Was a fun office at times, good cameraderie, very busy

      Cons

      Poor communication throughout the organization, and particularly this office. This company is not well run from the top on down. You never knew what was going to happen from one day to the next.

      Pros

      Relaxed and friendly environment. The comradery between co-workers creates a great atmosphere to work in. There is quite a bit of flexibility offered, both in terms of hours and projects. Great opportunities for training and advancement.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have one PTO bank for time off, instead of separate vacation, sick and personal time.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable engineers for bridge design, underwater inspection, sign inspection. Hard-working group. Easy to get along with. Mentors are available; employee needs to seek out.

      Cons

      Young group that is very social, if you don't hang out with them, may impact the type of projects you are asked to be a part of. Leadership not consistent.
