      Pros

      Flexibility with work schedule (ie. ft,pt,day shift,evening shift, work from home) Yearly pay raises (not much but at least they do it) Assists with obtaining licensing for Life Ins

      Cons

      Medical benefits are horrible; Qtrly incentative change every quarter to disqualify more people and are unfair; supervisors are unprofessional; work environment is juvenile (good for those fresh out of high school); unrealistic sales goals; blatant harassment and pressure tactics to induce sales of a mediocre product to low-income (often uneducated)seniors

      -Friendly co-workers -Great compensation for the job being done -Excellent training program

      Cons

      -Management team is not qualified for their positions -Supervisors do not work with subordinates to meet sales goals -Morale is extremely low on amongst sales team -Supervisors are not reprimanded for bad performance i.e. Low performance, dress code violations or attendance -Management Team is unaware that Supervisors are lazy, imcompentent and do not implement work with subordinates -Quality Assurance Analyst are promoted based on seniority most times or favortism. Not one is qualified to do the actual job
