My trainer was personable and very good at teaching me and the others in my training group the correct ways to perform our job duties as well as answering any and all questions we had.

Would occasionally be called off as a result of reduced workflow.

Upper management mentality is purely profit driven. A lot of the "good" managers have left the company in the last few years.
