Pros

Benefit package is above average, pension helps a lot, health coverage has been sliding and becoming more expensive. HrA process sucks.

Cons

Culture was destroyed over the past 3 years, their back to office mode failed horribly and leadership refuses to listed to employees. Director and higher leadership is aweful, especially in IT, fixing things would be changing leadership, and they wont do that.

Amazing company to work for, great growth potential until you reach your Peak.

Cons

Almost to 0 hours outside of peak season. Do not count on a paycheck at all unless it is a holiday. They say you can request hours but there are normally no hours available.
