Pros

They offer "play Money" where this is used to buy things on their sales and also they give you 70% discounts on sale items. They believe in having potlucks and special occasion meals that makes the employee feel welcome. They will allow you take time off with not an issue as long as it is not during the busy time of year. This is an excellent job if you are a senior citizen and would like a part time job without benefits. It is a great job to get you out of the house to meet others and build friendships.

Cons

As a mother who is looking for benefits to help provide for her family, I was disappointed because there was no benefits. Their full time positions are only given to a select few and there is not a chance for advancement. They lay people off from February thru October. If you take the layoff--you better have an excellent memory and can retain alot of information that you do not use for six months. Once you are called back from layoff you will be given a test mostly from memory and if you fail they will give you one day where you have to come back and get retrained. They with not work with you on a retrain date. Its their way or now way. After putting in eight years with them I was not given a second chance after being laid out for seven months.
