Decent stepping stone into the medical device industry

Pros

Being a medium sized medical device company lent the company to having a “small town” feel. People were generally friendly and willing to help each other out.

Cons

Lack of a cohesive strategy amongst business units despite “One Coloplast” motto. Uninspiring and generally boring work. Many people left for other medical device companies due to lack of career opportunities.

Pros

Great benefits. Good people. Great products. Generous time off. Insurance coverage is amazing. Company car.

Cons

Stock options are not available to US employees except executives. New hire Territory Managers need to be aware of possibility they will claw back a 'guaranteed commission'. Also, be aware of negative commissions schemes that "true up". Nobody can really explain how the commission statements work.
