The products are great Good benefits Great local leaders at most countries

Cons

Headquarters are not diverse in terms of nationalities and gender, impacting the countries in different ways IT is impossible, not agile at all Bureaucracy all around the company

Great colleagues, caring and trusting environment in my immediate team. Meaningful tasks and projects most of the time. Freedom to operate

Cons

Location (if you live in Copenhagen town) Salary was a bit below par at that time At the time I left the investment in real clinical outcomes and studies was too small. I believe it has improved a bit.
