      There is none. Literally none.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. Management is clueless. Company culture horrible. Boring environment. Basically everything you don't want in a company.

      Pros

      Flexible working, good work/life balance and generally nice team members. The company has huge potential to grow but Is slow to invest or listen to its employees. Customer base is amazing and the relationships we have are strong and really enjoyable to build and retain.

      Cons

      HR department is a mess, there is 0 investment in career progression (I.e. no Mentoring programme or engagement with helping women lead). There are no management courses offered and there is no encouragement to step up. There is no accountability and communication is very poor.
