      Large company with small company mindset - allows for entry- to mid-career employees the opportunity to engage on a variety of projects Many teams have great intra-departmental dynamics Many people managers encourage work-life balance

      Disconnect between global HQ and US HQ Salaries tend to fall slightly below median, opportunities for promotion are few and often require 1+ years of pushing

      It was a wonderful place for the first few years (97-02)

      Cons

      When the decision was made to discontinue the breast care division's product development and manufacturing here in the US, things seemingly went down hill. The last six to eight months were especially difficult because of the attitude toward me by some co workers

      no 2nd chance's,brought them up to state-of -the art,and improved there process.....and they stiill couldn't see past 15 year old drug problem to direct hire.
