      Its the market leader in its niche products, still expanding at an impressive rate. Management lays out the path and its followed through to the smallest detail. The result of this is incredible growth.

      It is difficult to persuade long term employees to do things better/differently!

      Coloplast has a fantastic product line and reputation. The products are well respected and received.

      Cons

      There is a lack in long term strategy. The focus changes too often and reporting was not always credible. Some very good managers, many are no longer there.
