      Pros

      Acts as a start up in a sense- lots of room for creativity and ability to influence change A lead organization, so all who are committed, work hard! Never will a day pass that you dont learn something new Managers that see your potential and push you towards it Closeness to global management and influences

      Pros

      This company creates innovative products that change people's lives. The work environment is positive. Management is supportive and encourages growth within their employees.

      Cons

      Internal data systems could use an update. Improvements in systems management for daily work can take long periods of time since changes need to be consistent with global systems. Opportunity for global business travel is not readily available for mid level employees.

      Pros

      Coloplasts’ has a strong leadership development and focus on employee engagement as well as job satisfaction. I personally am an example of how the Coloplast culture has led to a successful progression in professional development. I started at Coloplast in an entry level position with in 2011 doing data entry. Within two years, with support and guidance from my managers, I was visiting our Poland subsidiary and teaching them our processes. I was elevated to a senior position and am currently a supervisor. I could not have made this amazing journey without the culture of support that Coloplast has.

      Cons

      As a large global company communication is important. Many meetings are done via Skype in conjunction with presentation materials (power point, spreadsheets, graphs/charts, etc.). Sometimes the information is not readily shared across business areas. I believe Coloplast has opportunity for improvement when it comes to information sharing and communicating across business areas.
