Pros

- Coworkers are great people that like to have fun. - Motorized desks can move from sitting to standing position

Cons

- Management is dodgy and not upfront. They are not on your side. - Supervisors are pitted against each other. - Commission doesn't start until 6 months after you've been hired. - Don't expect to max out commission ($7500 before taxes). Usually, if you work very hard you'll hit $800 - $3000 (before taxes). - No opportunities to move up or go to outside sales - Don't expect any raise above 2% (inflation is higher). You MIGHT get a merit review, but it's not guaranteed. There wasn't one last year. - You'll get an occurrence if late or call in sick the day before. You get 7-8 in a whole year and then you're terminated. - No sick days, so when one person gets sick...everyone gets sick. Happens multiple times every year. - One late day a week (10am - 7pm) - No interdepartmental cohesion.

Pros

Good Company with good benefits. Health club, great cafeteria, great building, health plan, PTO, flexible work schedule, friendly people and a sense of team work with some of the departments.

Cons

Virtually no leadership, management acts like they'd rather be somewhere else, high turn-over, very low morale, no recognition for accomplishments, kind of a boring place. No cubicles; open floor plan which means everyone sees and hears everyone all day long.
