-Amazing people -Culture is outstanding -Very nice office with free parking -Flexible Hybrid Work Model -Transparent Leadership -Solid Benefits

Cons

-Not a lot of areas to transition in the company -Company growth has severely lacked in the last few years -Pay can be under market for certain roles -No structure to career growth opportunities (could be considered a good thing)

Independent sales, quality products, helping end users and healthcare which always feels good, pay ok for what I did, loved the opportunity to be a part of competitions that came up, as well as being able to share ideas with marketing and bringing it to life.

Cons

My territory was covering five states in the north northwest. Most of my clients were nearby but when I had to travel out of state, I did not enjoy that, only because I am not a person who lives traveling.
