      Pros

      Company is innovative and does a good job bringing new useful products for end users to market.

      Cons

      Very much a call center environment. How many dials can you make in 8 hours? Micro management at its best. One manager has finally been talked to by HR after numerous complaints. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

      Good benefits Great coworkers Good facility with cafe onsite

      Poor leadership Lack of understanding/training around commission Extremely poor communication Terrible software and system to work in - with the profit being made by this company, this should be the first thing upgraded and instead they are a decade behind Sales force = receptionists (too much admin work, not enough leeway given to SELL) Micromanaging - A perfect example of favoritism & politics Gas lighting & bullying has been addressed by HR with no protection given to employees If you are 5 minutes late you get written up - no schedule flexibility - poor work life balance
