Lack of transparency from the leadership and lack of career growth.

Lack of consistent roadmaps, little transparency, no product market fit after Covid

1. undeserved promotions based on favoritism and Not credentials/ hard work/ qualifications. 2. Only selected people's input is up for consideration. 3. severe blindness to DEI issues masked by total egoism and savage favoritism . 4. So called managers and leads ( most without credentials) do nothing but gossip and make fun of employees in zoom meetings. 5.unlike the CEO and his board policy , there is a huge lack of transparency by the site managers and their beloved leads .

Management has no transparency, decisions are made without including the people those decisions will impact. Cliques form and leave some employees out of discussions or create unbalanced work loads. Many of the people that made the job great left Color in 2020/2021. Others were let go without clear reason. One was never given a cause, the other was given a reason that was proven false within a few weeks. Many of the goals Color said they had were never realized and left employees dissatisfied. I suspect more staff will quit in the coming year.

Management has been awful, lacks transparency

There was a lack of transparency despite the constant claims of being an open and honest environment. The cutting of some employee perks was very sudden and had a huge impact on those making the lesser salaries. Finally and most importantly the manner in which mass layoffs were handled was absolutely grotesque! Starting the week (and day) only to find out my role was impacted after returning from my lunch break via restricted access and an email was shocking to say the least.
