Cons
Colson is a growing company with lots of potential. Unfortunately, the turn over rate is incredibly high. Management has no integrity. Directors are having affairs with supervisors (who report directly to them). Favoritism is widely shown. HR does not address any of these issues. In addition to the lack of leadership and integrity they are so far behind on customer orders. Orders are being processed wrong and are past due 20+ days!!! Poor customers! Working at Colson has been a learning experience for things not to do. Although Colson is lacking integrity I still hope they can make a comeback because there a few hard workers that have been there for 10+ years. They deserve to work for a company they are proud of.
