My comments on pros are endless- Columbia Sportswear company is just not an organization where employees go and work for 8 hours. Its a place where you can find great colleagues, friends where you become a part of CSC Family within short time. Best part that i seen is , Every employee including me enjoy the work and will turn the working environment most memorable. Like other industries, CSC also has targets and deadlines, but they are well organized and properly defined. You will simply love working here. Here is the most awaited feedback when it comes to work, The Cross functional collaboration. I believe " Responsibility is always TAKEN not GIVEN" .Every department /employee takes the responsibility equally on them to complete the task or to bring the closure.
