Pros

Perks and benefits are good, if you ever get the chance to use them. Nice Campus.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment- I was bullied by my peers and constantly micromanaged. Was told I wasted my managers time once in a meeting when I came to them for guidance. Told to "kiss my child goodbye and leave them with the nanny" one day when I was 15 minutes late. Manager tracked my badging in and out of building doors behind my back because they thought I was lying on my timecard instead of approaching me and asking (I was walking across the building to meet with other VP's I supported and peers). Lack of clear goals, duties, and guidance from management when asked, then given low performance reviews when "expectations" were not met. I chose to leave the company because of these ongoing issues including the lack of support, favoritism, and work life balance.
